What you will be asked

The customer adviser will ask you some questions.

Some of the questions will be:
  • What is your full name?
  • What is your date of birth?
  • What is your address, including your postcode?
  • How much money you get each month?
  • How much you have to pay out each month?
It will help if you make a list of the answers to these questions before you go to the Bank.

Important!

If you do NOT pay income tax, it could mean that you will get more interest paid to you.
