This Guide has been put together to help you choose both a Bank and a Bank Account that are right for you.

The Guide has been written to be easy to follow and understand, with lots of pictures to help make things clearer. You can can go through the Guide at your own pace, looking at all of it or just at the parts you would like to see. As well as all the pictures, some words are coloured and, if you move your mouse over them or click on them, you can learn more. Go to the help section for more about using the site.


Throughout the Guide you will see these signs, which are there to warn you about things you must do or not do. Don’t ignore them.
